As owner of Bella Lumina I am proud of all
the work produced in our studio and happy to stand behind it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30
days for a full refund. If any piece arrives damaged, contact Bella Lumina immediately, either by phone, (408) 489-9151 or email and it will be replaced as quickly as possible, or in the case of special orders, we can discuss whether a refund will be given or a new piece created, along with instructions for returning the broken piece. Our work is made mostly of glass, and glass does break on occasion. We are happy to repair or replace any broken jewelry, sun-catchers, plates or Garden Goddesses, at any time, for free.
